How It Works – 417 Shirts 

To get started, email us at orders@417shirts.com.

  • All communication is handled via email to keep everything clear and in writing. 
  • We do not offer phone support — but we do respond to all emails within 24 hours.
  • We make custom apparel simple. Whether it’s for your team, business, or event — you handle the fun part, we handle the rest.

Step 1: Artwork Design

  • We’ll design your shirt artwork for a flat $100 fee, or

  • You can provide your own print-ready vector file (.EPS or .AI) — no design fee needed

⚠️ We do not accept PNG, JPEG, Canva files, or screenshots. Final files must be in proper vector format.


Step 2: Approve Your Design

We’ll send you a digital mockup.
Once you approve it, your custom product is added to our website and ready to go live.


Step 3: Pick Your Shirt Style & Color

You choose the brand, fit, and colors you want to offer.
We’ll guide you through options that fit your group and your budget.


Step 4: We Create Your Product Page

We upload your approved design to our site and give you a private link to share.
You can send this out to your team, group, customers, or followers.

🔒 Some products may be password-protected. If you need access but don’t have the code, contact the organizer.


Step 5: Anyone Can Order, Anytime

There are no store closings or deadlines — anyone with the link can order whenever they want.
Each person pays individually and places their own order directly through our site.


Step 6: We Print & Ship

Every order is printed on demand and shipped directly to the customer.
We don’t batch orders or wait for minimums.

📦 Orders typically ship within 10–14 business days from the date they’re placed.
📬 Tracking numbers are provided when the order ships.
