How long does it take to get my order?

Every item is printed on demand — nothing is pre-made.
Orders typically ship out within 10–14 business days from the date of purchase.
You’ll get a tracking number by email once your item ships.

How much do custom shirts cost?

It depends on a few things:

• How many colors are in the design

• How many print placements (front only, front + back, sleeve, etc.)

• How many shirts you’re ordering

• What type and brand of garment you want (basic tee vs premium brand)

We’ll give you a custom quote after your artwork is approved and finalized — once the design is complete, we can give you exact pricing.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because all products are custom made just for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse.

If there’s a printing issue or you receive the wrong item, email us at orders@417shirts.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Do you offer embroidery?

No — we do not offer embroidery.
All items (shirts, hoodies, hats, etc.) are printed using screen print, direct-to-film (DTF), or direct-to-garment (DTG) depending on the order.

What print method will be used for my shirt?

It depends on the design and order size. We use:

• Screen printing for larger runs

• DTF for vibrant and detailed prints

• DTG for small runs or detailed artwork on cotton shirts

You may notice a slight pre-treatment feel on some shirts — that disappears after the first wash.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes — but only when you’re placing a single group order (not individual orders through the site).
Here’s how it works:

Bulk orders must be arranged in advance and shipped to a single location. Email us if you're interested.

How much is shipping?

For individual orders placed through our site:

Can I order after the rest of the group already has?

Yes — since we’re a print-on-demand company, you can order whenever you want as long as the design is still live on our site.

There’s no closing date and no group deadline.

Do you accept Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal?

No. All payments must be made through the website checkout using:

• Credit/debit card

• Shop Pay
  

Can I reuse a past design later?

Absolutely. Just shoot us an email and we can reactivate your design at any time — no need to pay the design fee again unless you want edits.
